We strongly recommend that you read these terms and conditions before confirming your oder with Fusion Ink.  Do not confirm your order if you do not accept these terms and conditions.

First, thank you very much for choosing Fusion Ink.  By purchasing any item on this site you agree to the following terms.

Fusion Ink is not responsible for any ink frozen during transit.  if you live in an area where freezing is a possibility you should probably opt for a quicker shipping option such as Next day air or second day air.  It will be more expensive but will allow your package less time in transit and therefore less of a chance of freezing.  Feel free to call us and we can discuss your options with you.

The user and or purchaser of Fusion inks assumes all responsibilities with this product.  As with any product, allergic reactions can occur.  Fusion ink is not responsible for any misuse of this product or allergic reactions.  Fusion ink should be stored at normal room temperature and not exposed to extreme heat or cold.  Fusion Ink has a 3 year expiration date.

Our method of shipment is UPS ( United Parcel Service).  We do not ship to PO boxes, only physical addresses.  All order are normally shipped within 24 hours but at times we are extremely busy and it can take up to 48 hours for shipment.

Fusion Ink will not be responsible for any duties, taxes, or fees on international orders.  They will be paid for by the customer, and they can be expensive.
All California customers will be charged a sales tax of 9%..  All prices are subject to change without notice.  We accept all major credit cards including, Visa, MasterCard, AmEx, and Discover, and Paypal.  We also accept COD orders over the phone.
