SHIPPING INFORMATION
Your order will be processed and shipped within 1-5 business days of placing order (Monday-Friday, 8am-4pm PCT, excluding weekends and holidays).
If you are in a cold climate that is below 40 degrees when ordering, you must use Next Day Air or Second Day Air and we will supply a heat pack. This is so the ink will not freeze and be unusable. **No refunds on frozen product.**
We ship to verified tattoo shops only. We do not ship to homes, P.O. boxes, shipping carriers or other businesses. We only ship through UPS and no other carrier.
We reserve the right to cancel any order if billing info does not match up with payment info. Also, if your tattoo shop cannot be verified online.
